FAMILY WORSHIP SERVICES

From the youngest child to the eldest senior, this service brings us together as a Church Family to worship God for who He is, and to thank Him for what He has done. This is a place where everyone belongs, where we can celebrate our God-given diversity, and come together as one to worship Him.

In worship we come as a redeemed community, part of God's great family to experience His presence, worship Him as Sovereign Lord and invite Him to transform our lives as we encounter His Word. The Service begins with a time of praise, worship and prayer, and leads into a time of teaching from the Bible. These messages are often organised into multi-part series to allow systematic teaching, where each message builds on the ones before. To get the most from each series, plan to attend from the opening message.

We are passionate about knowing God and making Him known in all that we do. You can expect the messages to help you explore matters of faith, broaden your knowlege of the Bible, deepen your walk with Jesus Christ and challenge and equip you for your part in the Cause of Christ.

COMMUNION SERVICE

Four times a year, our Church gathers to celebrate communion - that special service which Christ Himself conducted with His disciples in the upper room, so long ago. We wash each others' feet in an act of service and humility, as Jesus did for His followers, and then partake of the bread and wine - symbols of the Body and Blood of Christ. Communion is open to all who choose to receive it.

AGAPE' FEAST - Good Friday

Re-enacting Christ's last meal with his disciples brings a new appreciation for the communion symbols. The greeks used the word AGAPE' to describe the self-emptying, unconditional love of God for us, and so we term these special evenings Agape' feasts. Seated together after footwashing around the beautifully decorated and well-supplied tables of fruits, nuts, and finger foods, we are guided through reflection and prayer by our Pastors to meditate on the gift of God to each of us.

The beauty and simplicity of the Agape Feast services are a powerful reminder of the love God has for us.
